Key Points Summary

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Your use of our services must comply with all applicable laws
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms
  • We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GreetGuard visitor management system and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Services

GreetGuard provides a visitor management system that allows companies to manage and track visitors, issue badges, gather visitor information, and maintain digital records of visitor activity.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. Your Content

Our Services allow you to store, process, and share information, including visitor data, employee information, and company data ("Your Content"). You retain all rights to Your Content.

By submitting, posting, or displaying Your Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you and your authorized users.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Services. By using the Services, you agree to our collection, use, and sharing of information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you are doing so on behalf of that entity.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription Services"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GreetGuard and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and logos used in connection with the Services may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GreetGuard.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GreetGuard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
